K and I both have our birthday today. We spent a lot of it resting and even sleeping. I spent a lot of time daydreaming and then went to the tool library and checked out a palm-type power sander and a core saw (I think it's called) to mess with the piece of furniture I have here. Which is a beat-up not much good piece of furniture whose dimensions and configuration are all wrong, but I am going to play around with it and see if I can make something better of it. Or not.
So far I did put some poison goop on the top of it, let it sit a bit, and scraped a lot of it off. Some finish still on. Used the power sander to take some of that off and then got tired of it and stopped. Now how am I going to present that to the prospective buyer tomorrow? Probably cover it with a cloth.
Used one of the sex pads I made yesterday. Bad. Stitching too harsh against skin. Back to drawing board :)
And I might have an idea for a real business that I can actually do.
